Apple cider vinegar and anxiety

I discovered an excellent remedy for anxiety on the Internet -- Apple cider vinegar.

I take it after my breakfast in the morning and I get such a calmmmm. But if I take it on an empty stomach I get bad stomach pains.

Plus I take green tea instead of coffee which also has a calming effect.

It works 10 times (or more) better than Lexapro and with absolutely no side effects.

The doctor said that I would not feel any of the benefits of Lexapro until 2 weeks! Good grief! I need the relief now.

But apple cider vinegar gives me almost instant relief, it has no side effects, it has many other benefits such as lowering Triglicerides, etc, etc.

It seems that doctors never learn... why is it that natural remedies that work better and faster with no side effects than drugs? and the doctor has to prescribe the drugs, plus you pay his expensive office visit and the blood tests...

Go figure.
